8:58 pm - first world biking problem: someone tried to run me over
|
on south van ness and 20th.
I turned left onto 20th, an suv that was going forwards stopped so I had to go around the back of it, and a car sped up in the passing lane while i manuvered, the light wasnt changing or anything. I haven't been this nerve wracked from biking in a long time. I had both lights, a helmet and even hand signaled to make the turn.
anyhow, whoo living rules!

But in the past lets say year, I've fluxuated in weight from 145 to now 174. And according to Stephen's body fat machine, 19.6%! Beyond just the numbers which I could really care less about, I just feel gross. I'm not sure what I'm doing that is contributing to all of this, I certainly don't drink enough for that to be a factor, and I don't feel like I've decreased my physical activity that much, but it must be a combination. A few beers, a few less bike rides, a lot more stress, etc. Anyhow I'm much more motivated to do some kind of exercise regiment now, I might take a jog after work a few times this week to see how much i feel like dying.

Someone that is. Someone literally shit on my bumper this week, I cleaned it off today.
In other shit news, I had a stomach virus this week.
In better news I got promoted at work to as of yet untitled supervisor position.
School starts in two weeks.
